Key Responsibilities
- Project & Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution and service delivery across teams with varying skill levels.
- Workflow Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Client Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients and senior stakeholders, ensuring requirements are captured and delivered with high quality.
- Resource Management: Allocate departmental staffing, manage skills, and ensure project and service needs are met.
- SOP Management: Enforce, update, and maintain standard operating procedures for divisional processes.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for project issues, complex decisions, and risk mitigation.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead UAT/BAT sessions, ensuring alignment with business and client expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, digitization, and process innovation initiatives.
- Documentation & Training: Develop SOPs, document processes, and support team training sessions.
- Change Leadership: Coach, mentor, and guide teams to adopt agile, scalable practices.
- Strategic Planning: Support post-implementation reviews and contribute to operational strategy.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word.
