Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review international tax calculations including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credits.
- Assist with the international component of U.S. tax returns for multinational clients.
- Provide support on cross-border tax planning, repatriation strategies, and tax-efficient ownership structures.
- Develop consulting memorandums and research documents for complex international tax issues.
- Collaborate with seniors and guide junior team members in daily tasks.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations and emerging technologies.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to a high-quality, client-focused service experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in U.S. international taxation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to supervise junior staff and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Flexible and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree, CPA, or Enrolled Agent certification.
- Experience with Big 4, national/regional U.S.-based accounting firms, or in-house corporate tax.

- Self-starter with the ability to define, implement, and manage processes independently.
- Exposure to cross-border tax planning and compliance for multinational clients.
