Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules with discretion and accuracy.
- Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Organize major meetings, conferences, and events, including multi-time-zone coordination.
- Handle confidential documentation, timesheets, and expense reports promptly.
- Provide proactive support to ensure seamless daily operations for senior leadership.
- Serve as a backup for colleagues during absences to ensure continuity of work.
- Build strong working relationships internally and with client offices.
- Actively participate in team, office, and firm-wide events to support organizational initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- 2–10 years of executive support or administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of travel arrangements, including air, train, hotel, car bookings, visas, and international credit cards.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute high-profile meetings across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Professional phone and executive presence, with sound judgment and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility, patience, and a service-oriented approach to support colleagues and leadership.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting senior leadership in global consulting or professional services environments.
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts, and proactively adjust priorities.
