Key Responsibilities
As an EY Consultant – Forensics, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating records in internal systems and Excel.
- Validating information and documents per client guidelines.
- Coordinating with HR SPOCs, institutes, colleges, and universities for verification.
- Conducting follow-ups via calls and emails to close verification requests.
- Ensuring timely closures of verification checks.
- Collaborating with internal operations teams to resolve pending verifications.
- Preparing market research reports, company profiles, and secondary research insights.
- Supporting transformation projects in the banking domain, including business requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Linking business requirements to solution design for process improvement.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage targets effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other business tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in:
- Market research and company profiling
- Secondary research projects
- Transformation projects in the banking domain (preferred)
- Experience with business requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
