Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant – Forensics at EY Gurugram, you will:

  • Conduct forensic audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.
  • Analyze corporate lending, NPA classification, fraud definitions, and key RBI circulars (including willful defaulters, early warning signals).
  • Perform fund trail and bank statement analysis to identify diversion or siphoning of funds, circular transactions, and fraud risks.
  • Carry out financial statement analysis for risk and fraud detection.
  • Work with forensic tools like SAP, Intella, and other applications.
  • Prepare detailed investigation reports and client presentations.
  • Work from client premises as required and travel to meet project needs.
