Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Scrum Lead at EY Hyderabad, you will:
- Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing Agile teams to deliver technology products and enterprise projects.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, iteration reviews).
- Hire, evaluate, and develop team members while setting performance standards.
- Ensure Agile frameworks and best practices are embedded into delivery processes.
- Collaborate with product owners to define outcomes and prioritize backlogs.
- Help teams estimate deliverables and increase sprint velocity.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Manage stakeholder expectations around scope, schedule, and budget.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Foster communication across cross-functional teams and promote collaboration.

Qualifications

- Strong collaboration, time management, and critical thinking skills.
