Key Responsibilities
As an EY Associate Consultant – Forensics in Gurugram, you will:
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and Excel as per engagement requirements
- Validate information and documents in line with client guidelines
- Conduct verification checks through HR, institutes, universities, and other sources
- Follow up via calls and emails to close investigations and collect supporting documents
- Coordinate with verification sources and update internal databases
- Complete compliance and verification checks within defined timelines
- Collaborate with other operational departments for issue resolution and closures
- Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) with stakeholders
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to deliver accurate results
- Meet targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards

- Knowledge of business requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution traceability is an advantage
