Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and ensure high-quality delivery as per scope and engagement letters
• Ensure compliance with EY’s risk management strategies and firm-wide policies
• Analyze business and industry issues to identify process improvements for clients
• Apply solution-based approaches to complex compliance and investigation challenges
• Review client documentation, working papers, and reports to ensure accuracy and quality
• Provide recommendations to improve engagement productivity and client service
• Manage engagement budgets and contribute to business proposals, marketing collateral, and methodology development
• Drive effective teamwork, collaboration, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and industry insight

• Strong interpersonal, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and analytical abilities
• In-depth understanding of compliance, investigations, and forensic processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree in relevant fields (Law, Business, Finance preferred)
• Professional qualifications such as LLB or LLM are an advantage
• 9+ years of professional experience in:
  • Market research, company profiling, and secondary research
  • Forensic consulting, compliance investigations, or risk management
  • Managing large-scale transformation or compliance projects
