Responsibilities
As an Azure ML and AI Engineer at EY, you will:
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using Azure ML and Python.
- Create scalable data pipelines for model training, inference, and integration.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Implement best practices in ML development: version control, CI/CD, testing, documentation.
- Develop and maintain APIs on Azure for seamless model deployment.
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure performance, scalability, and security of ML systems.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting for reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams in ML development.
- Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and lead innovation initiatives within EY.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in ML, AI, data engineering, and cloud computing.
- Strong Python programming skills for ML model development and deployment.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure ML services, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms: supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, deep learning.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience in Git/GitHub, ML model testing, and API development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex ML projects in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate / Azure Data Scientist Associate.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, deep learning, or computer vision frameworks.
- Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or multi-cloud strategies.
- Strong understanding of data governance, cloud security, and compliance.
