Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Knowledge Specialist – AI, Insights & Solutions (PPK), you will:
Knowledge Sharing & Support
- Equip Bain partners and consultants with curated knowledge, expertise, and insights.
- Provide frontline support to case teams with “best of Bain” content and analysis.
- Connect consulting teams with subject-matter experts across Bain’s global network.
Knowledge Base Development & AI Integration
- Capture, sanitize, and process content into Bain’s global intranet knowledge base.
- Manage metadata and tagging for optimized content searchability.
- Package Bain’s best insights into case-ready summaries and frameworks.
- Leverage and experiment with AI tools to streamline knowledge workflows.
- Use Python and coding tools for automation and advanced analytics.
Practice & Team Engagement
- Maintain and update practice pages, case summaries, and knowledge assets.
- Support practice strategy development through analytics and content planning.
- Drive affiliate engagement with newsletters, updates, and knowledge-sharing calls.
- Mentor Knowledge Associates and junior team members, reviewing work and providing coaching.
Innovation & Cross-Practice Collaboration
- Collaborate with Information Services and Centers of Excellence for integrated knowledge delivery.
- Identify content gaps and work with practice leaders to develop new knowledge products.
- Contribute to global initiatives, trainings, and special projects within PPK.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, research, analytics, or knowledge management.
- Strong expertise in AI tools, knowledge management platforms, and insights generation.
- Proficiency in Python, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
