Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Developer – C#, SQL, ADF, you will:
- Perform detailed design, coding, documentation, and unit testing.
- Develop or extend test automation frameworks for cloud-deployed applications.
- Deliver high-quality work packages on time and within planned effort.
- Research and evaluate new technologies/tools via prototypes and proof of concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams (architects, PMs, developers).
- Design and develop applications for Microsoft Azure cloud deployment.
- Implement SQL database modeling, ETL jobs, and Azure Data Factory integration.
- Extend applications to use Azure services for authentication, workflow, and file management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in software development (preferably in product organizations).
- Strong programming and debugging expertise in C# and .NET.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Expertise in data modeling and ETL job design.
- Experience with global, multi-site teams; healthcare domain experience is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure (Functions, Web Apps, Web Jobs).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD methodologies.
- Experience with Docker containerization and microservices.
- Familiarity with Web Security concepts (Encryption, PKI, etc.).
- Certification in Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions is preferred.
