Key Responsibilities
- Import, cleanse, and validate client data based on engagement team requirements.
- Work on internal tools to derive insights from raw data obtained from multiple ERP systems.
- Analyze and debug High Risk Criteria (HRCs) and journal entries for engagement teams.
- Communicate findings effectively with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clarity on results.
- Perform account mapping using financial statement captions.
- Conduct journal entry testing and maintain accuracy in reporting.
- Support the development of innovative solutions for audit and assurance processes.
Skills & Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in journal entries, general ledger, and trial balance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in risk assessment and ETL processes.
- Exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: B.Com (Bachelor’s in Commerce).

- Technical Knowledge: General ledger, journal entries, trial balance analysis.
- Exposure to analytics tools like Alteryx or Power BI is advantageous.
