Key Responsibilities
As a Teamcenter Technical Lead, you will:
- Lead PLM transformation and implementation projects using Teamcenter.
- Configure BMIDE, BOM management, workflows, access control, and change management modules.
- Implement PLM/CAD interoperability strategies and ERP integrations.
- Troubleshoot Teamcenter installations, deployments, and configuration issues.
- Define infrastructure architecture for complex PLM implementations.
- Develop and maintain customizations on both server-side and client-side.
- Collaborate with global teams and business SMEs to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Mentor and manage junior engineers on Teamcenter practices and standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on expertise with Teamcenter customization (server & client-side)
- Experience in BMIDE extensions, workflows, handlers, and change management
- Proficiency in ITK, SOA, AWC customization, and Linux environments
- Familiarity with Teamcenter modules: T4X, MCAD Solid Edge, Mfg Process Planner, Product Configurator, Service Lifecycle
- Strong troubleshooting and database optimization skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Extensive experience in Teamcenter technical leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Teamcenter infrastructure installations, upgrades, and optimization
- Ability to manage large-scale PLM deployments and transformations
