Key Responsibilities
- Support surgical teams and maintain high standards in OT during anesthesia and procedures.
- Assess, prioritize, plan, and implement care according to anesthesia guidelines and hospital protocols.
- Ensure complete, accurate, and legible documentation for patient care and OT procedures.
- Maintain and monitor OT equipment, gas levels, and medical supplies, ensuring optimum stock.
- Follow legal policies for drug storage, safety, and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and OT staff, maintaining smooth operations.
- Uphold patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in departmental and hospital teaching programs.
