Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care for ICU patients, including ventilator and hemodynamic management.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, interventions, and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Participate in daily ICU rounds, case discussions, and care planning.
- Order, interpret, and manage investigations and diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior residents and interns.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects in critical care.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge in critical care, ICU management, and emergency medicine.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, monitoring equipment, and EMR systems.

Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB or equivalent in Critical Care, Medicine, Anesthesiology, or Pulmonology.
- Previous experience as a resident or trainee in critical care or ICU preferred.
