🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve all HIS software issues for hospital departments and users
- Verify software errors, report issues, and manage HIS user accounts & permissions
- Develop and maintain the My Apollo website for online patient diagnostic results
- Conduct HIS training sessions for department staff and prepare user manuals
- Restore and manage data from the main database to the My Apollo database
- Provide real-time solutions over phone or in-person for HIS-related queries
- Develop real-time reports and dashboards for HIS data and analytics
- Collaborate with IT and hospital teams to improve system efficiency and workflows
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, HIS management, or hospital software operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Familiarity with emerging IT knowledge and healthcare software trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
