Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of the returns process to enhance financial sustainability by optimizing the cost of returned goods.
- Develop and launch targeted initiatives to reduce abuse and misuse of Amazon’s returns and rejects policies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, design scalable product solutions, and secure leadership buy-in for implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Machine Learning, and Last Mile delivery to deliver data-driven, customer-friendly returns solutions.
- Measure and analyze impact of launched features and continually refine product strategies.
- Drive the product roadmap and strategy for returns in emerging markets with a focus on balancing cost efficiency and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with demonstrated ownership of product roadmaps and strategy.
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or related fields.
- Experience collaborating with operations teams and machine learning product stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and machine learning applications in product management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment requiring innovation and strategic thinking.
