Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between Amazon and delivery partners (DP), representing Amazon professionally at all times.
- Identify and troubleshoot delivery partner concerns to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Provide prompt, clear, and efficient communication to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
- Manage sensitive cases effectively by escalating issues through the proper channels.
- Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics related to delivery support and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze trends and suggest actionable process improvements to optimize delivery partner performance.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and follow-through until resolution of issues.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clearly with customers and delivery partners.
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities to understand and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to maintain focus and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
- Proficient typing skills and ease in navigating websites and email applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in logistics or prior experience in a similar transportation or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
