Responsibilities

As a Forensic Investigation Manager at Deloitte, you will:

• Lead forensic investigations and compliance reviews for government and public sector clients.
• Identify fraud, corruption, and regulatory breaches through comprehensive data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with legal, audit, and compliance teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding expectations through proactive engagement.
• Support organizational goals of transparency, accountability, and ethical governance.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong forensic investigation skills with proven experience in government or public sector engagements.
• Expertise in financial crime detection, fraud analysis, and compliance assessment.
• Familiarity with India-specific regulatory frameworks including competition law and anti-corruption measures.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
