Key Responsibilities
As an Azure Analyst at Deloitte, your role will include:
1. Cloud Solution Development
- Design and implement cloud solutions using Azure services like EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.
- Support the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Assist in the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure environments.
2. Automation & Scripting
- Write and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operational tasks.
- Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
3. Cloud Security & Monitoring
- Monitor cloud services using AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitoring to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing cloud security services like IAM roles, policies, and encryption settings.
4. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Resolve technical issues that arise during cloud service deployments or while maintaining cloud infrastructure.
- Provide timely solutions and documentation for any cloud-related issues encountered during deployment or operation.
5. Collaboration & Team Engagement
- Work with senior engineers to manage cloud deployments, patching, and configuration updates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to understand cloud requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in the Azure Analyst role, candidates should have:
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CDK.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience in managing and deploying cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications in Azure or AWS are a plus.
