As a Trainee Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
- Assist in executing and improving manufacturing processes during the transition of generator production lines.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing methods and documenting process changes.
- Design tooling, jigs, and fixtures for both new and existing production setups.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
- Analyze production workflows to enhance cycle time, labor efficiency, and cost of quality.
- Participate in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) programs to maintain workplace safety standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, production engineers, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage small-scale engineering projects, ensuring budget adherence and milestone tracking.
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient production support and issue resolution.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership potential and a proactive mindset.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
